BOOKING DEPOSIT POLICY

A non-refundable deposit is required to book all reservations at Blissful Retreat.

Deposits start at 50% for all spa and hair services.

Customized spa packages, next-day appointments, and reservations with two or more services require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

For regular appointments, deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if appointments are canceled or rescheduled within the required notice period:

  • Single services require a minimum of 36 hours’ notice.

  • Two or more services require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

For customized prepaid spa packages, payments are refundable minus the booking deposit only if the reservation is canceled at least 48 hours before the reservation start time.

Failure to adhere to our cancellation policy will result in the loss of deposit and/or voucher value.

All Spa Parties of 3 or more require a 7 day cancellation. NO EXCEPTIONS

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability as well as keeping our schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. Our policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policy criteria.

  • Less than a 36 hour notice will result in a 100% nonrefundable deposit in order to book your next reservation. Deposit is voided

  • NO SHOWS and SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS will be charged 100% nonrefundable deposit in order to book your next reservation.

  • Multiple services not cancelled 48 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 100% of your multiple services will be charged to your credit card to reserve the reservation time.

  • More than two services book and Customized Spa packages must be cancelled 48 hours in advance.

  • Pre Paid Vouchers not cancelled 36 hours (48 hours if 2 or more serives are booked) in advance results in 50% lose in value of purchase price. Vouchers cancel after 24 hours results in lose of full value of service booked.



Please understand that when you forget or cancel your reservation without giving 36 hour notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that reservation time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our providers are also independent contractors & do not get paid, taking a lose out on their daily income. Reservations are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget a reservation you may have booked months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. Any fees incurred will be charged to the credit card we have on file.
